Be patient; the file is large. Once you have it in your browser, save it to your computer as a web-page (html) not an Archive page (mhtml).

Once saved, open your spreadsheet program (like MS Excel) and then with it open the saved file. Leaving the column titles as a new row 1, delete the rows in the spreadsheet above that. You should then be able to sort the sheet using the spreadsheet program according to your needs.
