Download the complete list of Licenses and Certificates issued.
Be patient; the file is large. Once you have it in your browser, save it to your computer as a web-page (html) not an Archive page (mhtml).
Once saved, open your spreadsheet program (like MS Excel) and then with it open the saved file. Leaving the column titles as a new row 1, delete the rows in the spreadsheet above that. You should then be able to sort the sheet using the spreadsheet program according to your needs.
Download only the smaller list of Engineers,
list of Surveyors, or the
list of all authorized Businesses.
